Deger 16 Residence has 12 unique fully furnished luxury apartments, 3 on each floor. We have 1 bedroom (65 sqm), 2 bedrooms (90 sqm), 2 bedroom deluxe (110 sqm) on each floor. On the top floor (Floor 4 and 5) there are three duplex penthouse residences: 2 bedrooms (120 sqm) and 3 bedrooms penthouse residences (155 sqm) with open terraces.
Polat Residence is a fully furnished luxury residence with 3 bedrooms (145 sqm) and 3 bathrooms , on Valikonagi Avenue, the busy commercial avenue in the heart of Nisantasi.
Engin Residence is a fully furnished luxury apartment with 2 bedrooms (110 sqm) and 2 bathrooms, on Valikonagi Avenue as well.
Deger 16 is on Ihlamur Yolu (Lime Road) in the Tesvikiye area of Nisantasi distict. Lime Road gets its name from Ihlamur Kasri (Lime Summer Palace) located at the starting point of the road and surrounded by the lime trees. Deger 16 is surrounded by lime trees which are planted on both sides of the road. During flowering time, a strong sweet odor fills the neighboring of the trees.
