With a 2+1 concept, the living room including  a sofa can accommodate  up to 5 people, with a supplement 1 bed provided free of charge,  excluding children under 3 years old. The apartment’s furnishings, decorations, equipment, and devices are up to standard, clean, maintained, and functional. We will be your preferred accommodation in nisantasi when you are looking for a  hotel in istanbul as we are  among the top istanbul luxury residences.

The kitchen is a separate space, equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, kettle, Turkish coffee machine, and kitchen utensils. Hot and cold water is provided free of charge, and all necessary service materials and equipment for home-cooked meals are available for our guests. 

The apartment features two luxuriously furnished bedrooms and 1 sofa  in the living room. Pillows, beds, sheets, and duvets or blankets according to climate conditions are provided in line with the number of guests.

 The living room comes equipped with a state-of-the-art home entertainment system for your relaxation and entertainment. Televisions are present in the living room, along with seating groups and a dining table. Guests enjoy free access to the Central Digital Satellite and Cable Broadcasting System and wireless internet service.

 Our apartments are equipped with washing machines and dishwashers for our guests’ use. Daily room  cleaning, subject to extra charge,  is available upon request. Dry cleaning services are offered for a fee through contracted companies, and guests can use fitness units at contracted gyms for a fee.

The stylish bathroom is equipped with design accessories and first-class amenities for your comfort and convenience. There are two bathrooms and toilets in the apartment, with hot and cold water service. Hairdryers are provided in the bathrooms, and sufficient face and bath towels are available based on the number of guests

Smoke detectors are installed in all rooms except the bathroom and toilet. 

Escape plan schematics are located behind doors. In addition to fire extinguishers found in the corridors of each floor, there is also a chemical fire extinguisher inside the apartments.

The 402 penthouse is located on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator. The 2+1 penthouse spans 120 m² and includes a dedicated terrace area.
