The residences  have a 2+1 concept, with a sofa in the living room. The maximum occupancy is 5  people with 1 single bed supplement free of charge,  excluding children under the age of 3. The furnishings, decorations, equipment, and devices in the apartment comply with standards and are clean, maintained, and in working condition. The kitchen is an open concept, equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, kettle, Turkish coffee machine, and kitchen utensils. Hot and cold water is provided free of charge. All necessary service materials and equipment for home-cooked meals are available for our guests.

There are two bedrooms and sofas in the living room. Pillows, beds, sheets, and blankets or duvets according to the climate conditions are provided for our guests based on the number of occupants.

The living room is equipped with a state-of-the-art home entertainment system for your relaxation and enjoyment. The apartments have televisions in the living rooms, seating groups, and dining tables. Guests have free access to the Central Digital Satellite and Cable Broadcasting System and wireless internet service.

Our apartments have washing machines and dishwashers for our guests’ use. Upon request and subject to additional fee  room cleanings are provided. Dry cleaning services are available for a fee through contracted dry cleaning companies. Fitness units can be used for a fee at contracted gyms.

The chic bathroom is equipped with design accessories and first-class amenities for your comfort and convenience. There is one bathroom and toilet in our apartments. Apart from the bathroom and toilet, smoke detectors are installed in all rooms of the apartments. A schematic showing the location of the escape staircase is located behind the doors. In addition to the fire extinguishers found in the corridors of each floor, there is also a fire extinguisher inside the apartments.

 The 101 residence  is on the 1st floor, the 201 residence  is on the 2nd floor, and the 301 residence s on the 3rd floor. There is elevator access to each floor. The 2+1  residences are 110 m² and include a balcony.
