Our residences have been duly authorized for short-term rental by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, under the document dated 07.03.2024 with the reference number 34-1. Guests must present identification, such as a passport or ID card, upon entry to the premises.
Throughout the duration of your stay, you are granted complimentary use of in-suite amenities including the refrigerator, washing machine, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, oven, hair dryer, air conditioning units, and Wi-Fi access. Removal of towels, hangers, and remote controls from the Residence is strictly prohibited. Guests are to ensure no damage is caused to any electrical appliances or furniture. Any such damage or theft will obligate the guest to remit a fee as determined by Deger 16.
Check-in at Deger 16 is slated for 15:00 on your day of arrival, with check-out scheduled no later than 12:00 on the day of departure. Altering these times will be subject to additional charges and contingent upon availability.
The accommodation fee is to be settled in full upon arrival at Deger 16, with the option of a single payment either by cash or credit card. We provide a standard provision of towels, sheets, pillows, and covers matching the number of guests. Should you require additional towels, sheets, or bedding, please request these from the reception at no extra charge. However, services such as Residence cleaning and linen changes are subject to additional fees set by Deger 16
During your use of the facilities, compliance with building and fire safety regulations is expected, as is avoidance of any hazardous activities. Loud television or music within Deger 16 is strictly forbidden. Those who disrupt the tranquility or violate the peace will have their association with our establishment terminated without a refund.
We kindly urge you to observe the maximum occupancy limit: four persons in a 1+1 Residence (excluding children under 3), six in a 2+1 Residence, and up to eight in a 3+1 Residence , respectively.
Cots for infants aged 0-3 are provided complimentary, and the provision of additional beds is subject to availabilityShould you wish to utilize dry cleaning services or the gym during your stay, please consult the reception for details regarding the associated costs and terms of use.
For grocery requests, please inform the reception. Your purchases will be processed based on a predetermined list provided to you and are to be fulfilled within 24 hours, subject to a fixed service fee as defined by Deger 16, payable by yourself.
Deger 16 does not offer a private parking area; nevertheless, a paid public parking facility is conveniently available near the premises for our guests.While quite and amicable pets are permitted, Deger 16 assumes no responsibility for any lost money, belongings, or valuables. It is compulsory to return the Residence keys upon check-out. Failure to return the keys will result in the guest agreeing to pay a predetermined fee by Deger 16
Services Guidelines
24/7 Reception Staff: A receptionist is available at the building entrance around the clock to provide continuous service.
24/7 Security Personnel: The building is constantly monitored by security personnel, emphasizing security services with a camera system housed in our security room.
24/7 Housekeeping/Cleaning Service: Subject to extra charge and 24 hours notice, all our short-term rental customers can receive cleaning services provided by our staff. Our personnel can handle bed, room, sheet, and bathroom cleaning services. Bath and face towels are provided in the bathrooms for the number of guests staying.
24/7 Food Service: All residences are equipped with kitchens, kitchenware, and service materials. Guests have everything needed for home cooking in full working order within their residences. If desired, food orders can be arranged for our guests. Food service is charged separately from the accommodation fee.
24/7 Shopping Service: Shopping services requested by our guests are fulfilled by our staff, with the shopping list and payment provided by our customers.
Laundry Service in Our Building: Subject to additional charge, we offer laundry service within the premises. Each residence also has a washing machine. Our Laundry Room are stocked with enough bedding, duvets, pillows, sheets, piques, towels, and pillowcases for each residence.
Music and Lounge in Our Building: Guests can enjoy private moments in the lounge with a music room available within the building.
Dry Cleaning Service:Guests can receive dry cleaning services at favorable prices from our contracted dry cleaning company. Items requested for dry cleaning are collected from and delivered back to the guests.
Gym Service: Upon request, guests can receive gym services at favorable prices from our contracted gyms. Entry cards are provided by us, and the fee is added to the accommodation charge.
Safe Residence: Smoke detectors are installed in all rooms (except bathrooms and toilets). Additionally, fire extinguishers are provided in each residence beyond those in the corridors of each floor. Escape route diagrams are also located behind each residence’s entry door. Moreover, as a legal requirement, all guest information is recorded in the Guest Information System (KBS).
Capacity: The occupancy for 1+1 residences is 4 people, excluding children under 3 years old. For 2+1 residences, it is 6 people, excluding children under 3 years old. For 3+1 residences, it is 8 people, excluding children under 8 years old. Appropriate beds are available according to the number of occupants in the rooms. Satellite and Internet: Guests in all residences enjoy free wireless internet service. Digital satellite and cable broadcasting services are also provided free of charge in all residences.
Check-In/Check-Out Rules: Guests can check in after 15:00 on their arrival day and must do so by 19:00 at the latest. On the departure day, check-out cannot be later than 12:00. After taking over the residences, all cleaning services are performed, and the residences are made ready for the next guest, adhering to hygiene rules, with all sheets and towels changed. Maximum importance is given to guests adhering to the check-in/check-out rules.
Property Rules
Common Areas: According to the 4th article of the Condominium Ownership Law, spaces listed as common areas and other necessary spaces and things for joint use, protection, and benefit of the property owners are considered communal. Guests must carefully maintain and clean these common areas, ensuring the beauty, durability, internal structure, static safety, and exterior integrity of the primary property are preserved without exception.
Garbage Rooms: The right to use the garbage rooms located on each floor is exclusively for the guests residing on that floor. The staff will collect the garbage.
Usage of Residences: Occupants cannot use their units in a way that disturbs others. It’s prohibited to shake rugs, carpets, etc., from balconies and windows, throw water or other substances, dispose of trash, or hang laundry in a way that could disturb others. Radios, TVs, musical instruments, and similar devices must be used without disturbing other residents.
Prohibited Materials: Occupants are not allowed to store materials in their units or common areas that emit unpleasant odors, are radioactive, or could harm human health, such as industrial cylinders, extra fuel tanks, flammable or explosive materials that increase the risk of fire.
Pets: Bringing pets into the residences is prohibited.
Noise and Disturbances: Occupants must avoid actions that produce odors, smoke, dust, noise, or other disturbances that could affect other residents.
Access for Repairs: If access to a unit is required for repairs to other units, extensions, or common areas, the occupants must consent. However, such activities should be arranged for the most convenient time for all parties involved.
Access to Common Facilities: Occupants are strictly prohibited from entering areas where the building’s common facilities are located. Only the manager and authorized personnel may enter these areas in emergency situations for intervention purposes.
